North Star Lake has over 1000 acres and more than 15 miles of shoreline. Most importantly, it's home to some amazing trophy fish.

This clean and clear lake has a maximum depth of 90 feet with lots of underwater structure that creates phenomenal habitat for a variety of fish. Anglers will find walleye, Northern pike, largemouth and smallmouth bass, bluegill, crappie, and perch. But, most of all, North Star is well known for its trophy Muskie. The DNR has been stocking Walleye and Muskie in North Star lake for many years. You can rent one of our boats for fishing on the lake, or even fish right off the dock. And, just remember... a bad day fishing is always better than a good day at work.
